INVITATION SUMMARY
Select Generation offers clubs the chance to practice and compete in Salamanca, Spain for a tour hosted by our coaching staff of Select Generation Academy and with the exclusive partnership of other professional teams in the city.
Select Generation is an advanced soccer intermediary management agency connecting players and coaches at an elite level. Our scouting team follow athletes throughout their international or domestic process to ensure full resources are available to reach their full potential from across North America identifying talent, as well as NCAA, NAIA colleges and Pro clubs.
As part of the tour, we will conduct cultural visits, ensure state of the art facilities and accommodations, elite soccer environments, and most importantly - organize games at a high level for your teams to compete.

Will there be someone to pick up the players at the airport when they arrive?
Yes, we will make sure one member of the coaching staff is at the airport when the player lands. Wejust need to know with a few weeks to be organized from our side.
What is the channel of communication?
We will have a WhatsApp group chat with the coordinators of the academy, players and parents tosend all of the messages needed.
My son wants to go to college in the NCAA. How will this help him?
We speak with NCAA and NAIA coaches across the country about players. For your son’s target schools in the NCAA you will see players from all over the world. My son doesn’t speak Spanish. Are there English speaking coaches available?
Yes, coaches are ready to speak English since the club is always receiving players from outside of Spain. Sessions are delivered in English.
There is always some kind of medical facility in case of injury right? Will the players have insurance?
Yes, players will have insurance, and also, players will have a physical therapist in case they need to reach their maximum performance and receive treatment.
If my son does, let’s say exceptional and you guys see that he has all this great potential, do you guys could sign him?
Select Generation Academy can potentially offer a contract for the following year or even this year, this is the main objective as a club. Unionistas have the option to make offers to the player and arealways looking to recruit top talent from outside the local region too. 5 Select Generation Athletes/previous trialists currently play for Unionistas between their U19 Academy and reserve team.
How good are Unionistas? How good is the Select Generation Academy?
Unionistas play in the third tier of the Spanish football pyramid, and last year beat la liga side Villarreal whilst losing to Barcelona in the Copa Del Rey. Select Generation Academy plays in the Seventh tier of the Spanish football pyramid.
I want to apply for one of your camps. If I sign up does everyone get accepted?
No. Invitees are usually seen in person at events, referred by club coaches to us that we trust, or if we understand the level the player is playing at for club and have thoroughly reviewed film. This is not a pay to play.
