Purpose
We advise and assist high school soccer players in gaining exposure and opportunities to play at the collegiate level, along with professional academies in Europe. We are focused on providing a high value and personal service for players wanting to continue soccer after high school. With our wide coaching network and experienced team, Select Generation is dedicated to helping athletes reach the next level.
Vision
Our aim is to give players the opportunity to receive attention and exposure that they may not get during high school soccer. We have successful experience of winning soccer scholarships and playing soccer at all college levels. We have established a wide network of college contacts and believe we can give players who are determined to continue playing soccer whilst in college education, the best possible chance of doing so.
Who We Are
Sam Henneberg
Director of Soccer
Based between Miami and London - Sam is a graduate from the University of New Hampshire, where he was a 2 year starter and conference champion. He also played in the 2021 USL 2 national final with NC Fusion and 3 years at Catawba College. Originally from Guildford, England - Sam is well connected in the collegiate soccer pyramid.
Victor Cascon
Head of International Programs
NCAA All American and currently playing Third Division in Spain, decided to start Select Generation with a passion for developing young athletes and a drive for player growth. Victor has strong connections to academies and professional teams in Europe and the US.
Tom Singhgolden
Talent Scout
Tom's expertise lye in identifying top players qualities and connecting them with certain styles of coaches, colleges and programs within our network. Originally from London, England he is currently undergoing his Certified Mental Performance Consultant training to pursue a career in elite sports mentoring for professional athletes.

Chloe Agas
Chloe is currently an undergraduate student at UCLA pursuing a Global Studies & Communications B.A. with a Professional Writing minor. Chloe is a rockstar at developing and editing our monthly newsletter, as well as copyright for some of our promotional material. Like our athletes, we’re excited to see her professional development in action!
Ivan Fuentes
Ivan runs Select Generation’s social media platforms and online engagement processes. An undergraduate student studying at the University of Salamanca, Spain Ivan is an expert in videography, photography and graphic design - bringing our athletes online profiles to life.
